Description:
Our Beginner August Camp is designed for new and developing fencers to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a fun and supportive environment. Students will focus on footwork, blade work, coordination, and the basics of bouting. Each day includes drills, games, and activities that build focus, confidence, and athletic movement.
Note: The Beginner Winter Camp is open to students ages 8–12 who are new to fencing or have less than one year of experience. No prior fencing experience is required — all equipment is provided.
The camp will be led by Coach Nicolas Rousset, former member of the French National Sabre Team and co-founder of ORO Fencing Club.

All fencing gear is provided.
Campers should bring water and a light snack.
Program spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once full payment and proof of USA Fencing membership have been received.

Completed registration form — Fill the Register section below.
Proof of USA Fencing membership — our insurance requires all students to be current members of USA Fencing (membership year ends 7/31/2026).
Payment — select your preferred payment option on the online registration form. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Acknowledgement of ORO Fencing Club’s Code of Conduct and Waiver — by submitting your registration, you agree to the terms outlined in our Code of Conduct and Waiver.
